As the seller of record, MorCommerce holds the full commercial relationship with the consumer, from checkout to tax to support, and pays partners as suppliers under separate reseller agreements.
Tax, refunds & disputes
We calculate, collect and remit applicable sales tax and VAT, issue refunds under our policy, and carry chargeback liability as the merchant.
Supplier agreements
Partners supply their products and subscriptions to MorCommerce under a reseller agreement, and earn a revenue-share supplier fee on each sale.

Brands, creators and studios authorise MorCommerce to sell their products and subscriptions under a reseller agreement. They need no payment accounts or processing of their own.

Consumers buy directly from MorCommerce. We run checkout, billing, receipts, tax, refunds and disputes, and our descriptor is on the statement.

Partners earn revenue share
Partners receive a revenue-share supplier fee with clear sales statements. They're paid as suppliers, never as merchants on our accounts.
