1. Purpose
MorCommerce sells products supplied by partners in its own name, so we're accountable for what we sell. This policy forms part of our reseller agreements with partners and of our Terms of Sale with customers.
2. Prohibited products
We don't sell, and partners may not supply to us, any of the following:
- Counterfeit, replica or infringing goods, and anything the partner doesn't own or have the right to sell, including pirated or unofficial copies of third-party works.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material, adult products, and any sexual content involving minors (which we report to authorities).
- Gambling, betting, lotteries or games of chance for money.
- Financial, investment, trading-signal, cryptocurrency or "get rich quick" products, and multi-level marketing schemes.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, drug paraphernalia or regulated pharmaceuticals, or instructions for making them.
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping products, cannabis or CBD products, and alcohol.
- Supplements, nutraceuticals, medical devices or health products making unsupported claims.
- Hazardous materials, recalled products, or goods that don't meet safety rules in the destination market.
- Live animals, and products from endangered species.
- Hate speech, harassment, or material that promotes violence or terrorism.
- Malware, hacking tools, account-cracking or other products designed to cause harm.
- Fake documents, academic dishonesty services, or products that enable fraud.
- Anything illegal in Hong Kong or in the markets where it would be sold, or prohibited by the rules of our payment partners or card networks.
3. Partner obligations
- Describe products accurately and deliver what is described.
- Dispatch shipped orders within the stated processing time, with tracking, and accept returns under our Shipping & Returns Policy.

- Never use MorCommerce to process payments for any other business or product not covered by the reseller agreement.
- Cooperate promptly with customer support requests, refund investigations and disputes.
- Keep verification information up to date and tell us about changes in ownership or control.
4. Customer conduct
- Don't share, resell or redistribute purchased software, subscriptions or account access.
- Don't use stolen payment methods or make purchases you intend to dispute.

5. Enforcement
We may refuse onboarding, remove products from sale, suspend access, withhold partner supplier fees connected to a breach (as set out in the reseller agreement), or end the relationship. Where required, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
