1. Who you are buying from
Products sold through MorCommerce checkout are sold to you by Neksoft Limited, trading as MorCommerce, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81332214), with its registered office at Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ("MorCommerce", "we", "us"). MorCommerce is the merchant of record and seller for every purchase. Products are supplied by our partners for resale by MorCommerce. Your purchase contract is with MorCommerce, not with the partner.
Charges appear on your card statement as MORCOMMERCE.COM.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you accept these Terms of Sale, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Products
We sell products and subscriptions supplied by our partners. The product page or checkout describes what you receive, the price, delivery details and, for subscriptions, the billing period.
4. Delivery
Shipped products are sent to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times, costs and destinations are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Products delivered online, including subscriptions, are normally available straight after payment.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices, and any shipping charges, are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated from your location and shown before you pay. MorCommerce collects and remits these taxes as the seller. Your bank may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including tax.
6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance about any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or by emailing admin@morcommerce.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund applies, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, for shipped products, our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
9. Licence for products delivered online
When you buy software, a subscription or other product delivered online, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own non-commercial use, for as long as your purchase or subscription allows. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share account access to, or publicly perform it unless the product description expressly allows it.
10. Product availability
Products are supplied by our partners, and features or stock may change over time. If an ordered product is out of stock we'll tell you and refund you in full. If a subscription becomes substantially unavailable during a paid period, we'll offer a pro-rated refund or a comparable alternative.
11. Your account and conduct
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if you open a payment dispute for a charge you authorised. Where we do this, we'll handle any refund in line with our Refund Policy.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is". MorCommerce's total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts in your country of residence.
14. Changes and contact
