How it works
A reseller model, built around the consumer sale
MorCommerce sources products and subscriptions from partners and resells them to consumers in its own name. There is one merchant on every transaction: us.

1. Partner signs a reseller agreement
The partner authorises MorCommerce to sell defined products and subscriptions at agreed prices. We complete identity and business verification and confirm the partner has the right to sell them.

2. The consumer buys from MorCommerce
At checkout the consumer agrees to MorCommerce's Terms of Sale and pays MorCommerce. Tax is calculated and added where it applies. The receipt and the card statement both show MorCommerce.

3. The order is fulfilled
Once payment succeeds, the order is fulfilled. Shipped products are dispatched by the partner on MorCommerce's behalf with tracking, and anything delivered online is available straight away. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and every charge is receipted by MorCommerce.

4. MorCommerce supports the customer
Billing questions, cancellations, refunds and disputes come to MorCommerce. Consumers can self-serve through our billing help centre or contact us directly.

5. The partner earns a supplier fee
MorCommerce pays the partner a revenue-share supplier fee on net sales, with statements showing sales, refunds and fees. Partners are suppliers. They never receive consumer payments directly and are not merchants on our payment accounts.
